Grazie per aver prenotato il tuo cestino da pic-nic. Ecco alcune informazioni importanti:
1. Se il meteo non é favorevole per la data prenotata, puoi disdire il tuo ordine fino a 2 giorni prima inviando una email o whatsapp con il tuo numero d’ordine. Oltre tale termine non sará possibile accettare la disdetta; potrai comunque ritirare quanto ordinato in un box take-away e consumarlo a casa.
2. Se hai scelto l’opzione con la cesta in vimini, dovrai lasciare una caparra in contanti di €20 che ti verrà restituita al momento del reso del cestino.

1. Ritira il tuo cestino dalle ore 11.30 alle 12.00 presso t.asti food lab – Via Umberto I 12, Cardona (AL)
2. Ti consigliamo di portare con te una coperta, soprattuto se desideri recarti in uno dei nostri vigneti!
3. Scegli liberamente dove organizzare il tuo pic-nic; abbiamo preparato una mappa con alcune possibili destinazioni che trovi al link piú sotto. Ricorda sempre di rispettare il luogo in cui ti trovi e di non lasciare residui una volta finito.
4. Potrai rendere il tuo cestino fino alle ore 19.30 – usalo per riporre le stoviglie usato e anche la spazzatura; penserò io al corretto smaltimento e al lavaggio e igienizzazione delle stoviglie.

Thank you for booking your picnic basket. Here’s some important information:
1. If the weather isn’t good for your booked date, you can cancel your order up to 2 days in advance by sending an email or WhatsApp message with your order number. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted; you might like to still collect your order in a takeaway box and consume it at home.
2. If you chose do not choose the “takeaway box” option, you will be required to leave a €20 cash deposit, which will be refunded when you return the basket.

PRACTICAL INFO
1. Pick up your basket between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm at t.asti food lab – Via Umberto I 12, Cardona (AL).
2. We recommend bringing a blanket with you, especially if you plan to visit one of our vineyards!
3. Feel free to choose where to organize your picnic; we’ve prepared a map with some possible destinations, which you can find at the link below. Always remember to respect the area you’re in and not leave any trash behind once you’re finished.
4. You can return your bin until 7:30pm – leave inside used dishes and garbage; I’ll take care of proper disposal and washing/sanitizing the dishes.
