Our Family

Back in 2013 we chose this corner of Monferrato to start our countrylife together.
The late nineteenth century house won us over with its welcoming atmosphere, the wooden doors, the vaulted ceilings with exposed bricks…

There was a lot to sort out then, but with patience and passion we made those small unique details bloom. Today we open the doors to travellers from all over the world; we like to host people like they were friends and share with them our Italian countryside lifestyle.

Carla’s Lab

“t.asti” is a small Food Lab located in the hills of the Monferrato countryside. Born in 2012 with the aim of offering very high quality and complete customization in the field of “food” for small private events and special occasions.

Today it has also become a meeting place between souls who speak the same language: made up of traditions, perfumes and flavours.
Cooking is an act of love. Towards oneself through the tactile, visual and olfactory emotions that food offers; towards others who will taste the flavors of our cuisine; towards the territory from which the ingredients come from.

Matunei’s farm

Alberto loves Nature; he looks at these hills with the eyes of who wants to preserve them alive, respecting ecosystems and biodiversity. He works the land for the pleasure of communicating with it and reaping its generous fruits.

His wine speaks of our territory, of the vintage, of the effort and immense satisfaction of being a farmer.
