STARTING FROM THE BEST LOCAL INGREDIENTS LET’S PREPARE FRESH PASTACooking class includes:
– Know your ingredients: flour and eggs
– Dough preparation
– Piemontese pastas: Agnolotti – Plin – Tajarin
– Fillings: how to prepare them
– Cooking method and timing
Duration: aprox. 2 hours
Let’s have lunch!
…{OR DINNER} IN THE GARDEN!You can complete the experience adding a lunch/dinner to your cooking class.
Menu will include:
– one antipasto
– the fresh pasta we were preparing during class
– dessert
– wine
Dinner will be served in our garden or in “the Mill room” in case of need.

Menu will be designed on seasonal ingredients and considering your dietary needs. Please provide any information about it while booking.
What if I would like to change the topic for the lesson?
Maybe you already know how to prepare fresh pasta, or you might prefer Risotto instead… just let me know and I will work on a different menu!
How much the cost change in case I would like to do the lesson at my place?
I can travel, actually I even like that! Depending on where are you located price can change. Let me know your address and I will give you a price, usually you can consider about a +35%
